Successful Construction / Facilities Management /Insurance Builder needs the above several projects in the Sydney metro area plus some regional work.

Established over 50 years ago, and now employing over sixty staff across Australia, this facilities Management Company have become a remarkably successful player in the Asset Management /Building Maintenance and Building refurbishment industries.
 
They provide repair, maintenance, refurbishment, and fit-out services for residential, commercial & industrial sectors. The Work directly with insurance companies, intermediaries, strata, property managers and government departments,

Due to Increased workload, a newly created position has become available for an experienced Site Supervisor who can deliver projects such as the above within time, cost and quality.
 
Based in modern offices in South Sydney and reporting to the Construction Manager – daily duties will include:
 

  1. Site Supervision of allocated projects mostly in the Greater Sydney Metro area with occasional travel requited in regional NSW and the ACT.
  2. Consult with client, owners, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered within Time, Cost and Quality.
  3. Report any risks and / or opportunities.
  4. Managing projects with multiple trades and completing reports on behalf of insurance companies.
  5. Attend meetings as required.
  6. Work in a collaborative manner with internal staff to ensure that the companies values are upheld.

 
The person we are looking for must have:
 

  1. At least five years’ experience in Supervising multiple projects across NSW and the ACT – in the value range of $1k to $500K.
  2. Trade background.
  3. Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to get on with people as you will be dealing with clients and internal staff.
  5. Experience in Prime / Qubit / Buildsoft / Breadcrumb / Procore /Hammertech etc would be highly regarded.
  6. Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  7. Current drivers licence.
  8. Exceptional organisational skills in terms of Planning / Programming /Conflict resolution / problem solving etc.
  9. A strong history in Programmed Maintenance Services.
  10. An up to date / valid Police check.
  11. Checkable references.
