EA / Bid Coordinator – Civil Engineering Contractor – Norwest   
 
Hills Based Civils Contractor requires the above, to work in a collaborative manner with all parties to assist in delivering successful tenders.

Established in the late 90s’ our client have emerged as a very successful preferred delivery partner to public and private clients such as Local Councils, RMS, Landcom, Stockland’s, Western Sydney Parklands etc. due mainly to their collaborative partnership approach for delivering complex Civil Engineering projects within Time, Cost and Quality.
 
They specialise in (but not limited to) projects such as Bridges / Sports fields / Ground stabilisation / Wharf Remediation / Urban Renewal Projects etc.
Projects generally range in value from $1m to $20m   and are mostly in the Greater Sydney metro area with occasional regional projects.
 
Due to continued growth, they now have a need for an experienced Bid Coordinator who can ensure that Bids / Tenders / Proposals etc are submitted within Time, Cost and Quality.
 
Based in modern offices in Bella Vista / Norwest and reporting directly to the General Manager the person we are looking for will have:
 

1. Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
2. Outstanding Organisational skills.
3. Up to date knowledge on Document Control procedures.
4. Creative ability – to deliver tenders with the WOW factor.
5. Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
6. Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
7. At least two years plus experience as a Bid coordinator.
8. Up to date experience in MS Project / Workbench / Procure / Cheops / Jobpac / Aconex / MS Office / Nexvia, Hammertech or Similar.
9. Experience in GC21 / AS400 / AS2124 Contracts is preferred.
10. Checkable references.
11. Neat and tidy personal presentation as you will be dealing directly with clients and enhancing the companies’ reputation.

 
 
Remuneration will be in line with experience.
