Growing Mid-Tier builder requires a Project Manager  to look after New Build projects over $10m each. Health / Aged Care /Retail /Industrial.

Our client are a growing Commercial Construction Management Company who design and build a range of projects across NSW. They have a proven track record of delivering Medical Centres / Hospitals / Industrial Warehousing /Aged Care / Office blocks etc.

They already have a full order book going into 2024 /2025  – with secured projects based in The Greater Sydney Metro area and a few regional projects in Mildura / Hay /Wagga Wagga / Dubbo / Orange etc.

As a result they are now looking for a Project Manager who can successfully deliver the above within Time, Cost and Quality.

Based in modern offices in Sydney’s North Shore and reporting directly to the Construction Director – the successful candidate is likely to have:

1. Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
2. At least four plus years Australian experience delivering similar projects to the above- within Time, Cost and Quality. Please provide project details on your application.
3. Experience with MS Project / Cheops / Procore / Nexvia / Aconex / Hammertech or similar will be highly regarded.
4. Current White Card.
5. Ability to work in a collaborative manner with all parties.
6. Ability to identify risk and opportunity.
7. Checkable References
8. Outstanding Oral and written communication skills.
9. Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and police checks if required.
10. From time to time – Regional travel will be required

Rates / salaries etc. will be negotiated with successful applicant.
